Homecoming!!!

Question: Why can't the elementary students come to school on Friday with their hair dyed and face paint on?

Answer: We did allow this a few years ago and had rather disastrous results. The paint and dye quickly ended up staining the classroom carpet. The paint and dye stained some student clothing causing parents to complain. The overall disruption to the learning environment was obvious and most teachers requested we stop this practice.

Alternative: The Homecoming football game is the best place to show your true school spirit! All elementary students may dye hair and paint their face for the game.
